"The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchenette was particularly useful, with all the essentials provided, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well-credit to the Housekeeping team!
The shared areas were equally well-maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, especially the lady who checked us in. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby and a supermarket just across the road.
We’ve often stayed in hotels that look modern and clean in photos but don’t live up to expectations-this was not the case here. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and offered excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall a good stay with an amazing breakfast. Let down a little by only being given 2 towels for a 4 person room (reception did fix this straight away) and the WiFi being significantly slower than the 25mbps advertised which was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel"

"The check-in was quick and easy. The room was lovely and big and had a lovely view looking out over Birmingham. The extras ordered were loved by my wife as they were a surprise for her. The bathroom had a bit of damage but it did not matter ie damage to bottom of bathroom door, a tiny bit of paint peeling off the wall. The room was very clean.
Shower temperature could have been hotter than it was."
