"Décevant pour le prix payé pour un hôtel au Burundi. Certes le cadre est idyllique. Hôtel au bord du lac Tanganyika (même si les plages sont très restreintes à cause de la montée des eaux). Nous avons dû changer de chambre à notre arrivée car les toilettes étaient en mauvais état. On nous a alors proposé de nous surclasser mais à nos frais. Nous avons refusé. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle durant une grande partie de notre séjour (problème de pompe et de filtration). Les plats au...

"The room and bath are nice, they just need to attend the rooms better. The shampoo dispenser was empty, as was one of the two soap dispensers. Also, both power outlets on either side of the bed need to be replaced. They are unusable because you would have to manually push the plug in all the way and hold it like that. A large number of TV channels, but all in French. The semi-outdoor bar and eating area is next to the large pool and is very nice, but the prices for liquor are very high. Beer prices are good. Breakfast is good with poached eggs, sausage pieces with onions, potatoes, and more. The coffee was just okay - expected a little better. "
