"The hotel was lovely but I felt it was a bit dated in areas considering its value. The staff I cannot fault. They were friendly, helpful and polite. A real credit to the hotel. The breakfast staff were especially brilliant, delivering excellent customer service! Enjoyed my stay and my treatment at the Spa. Would highly recommend the hot stones massage even if a little pricey for what you get. Again the staff were a really credit."
