I've stayed here many times and it never fails to astound me how lovely this hotel is. From the reception staff to the rooms themselves. Just a wonderful place to stay

Convenient location and easy access, room comfortable and clean. Reception changed our rooms to ground floor on request at arrival, as allocated rooms were not easily accessed, lots of stairs up and down and corridors. Breakfast ok on Saturday but not very hot, tea and coffee machine dispensing very ...

Very English which is nice. The local shops had good English staff who I could relate to. This is different from London.
Best town in East Anglia
Lovely market town, great variety of shops, easy parking and lovely church and grounds.
Lovely town with a great mixer of old town meets new town.
Bury St Edmunds is a lovely little town with lots of places to eat and drink.
