"Would have preferred stronger water pressure or a different showerhead, but overall, we had an excellent stay. We had awesome weather, but as a result, our room was very warm. It would have been great to have a fan in the room."

"Dawn’s place was perfect. The space looked like it was out of a magazine. After a long day of visiting the nearby sites, (Dunluce Castle, Giants Causway) it was nice to get back and relax under the twinkling lights of the patio, having the sounds of sheep in the background. Awesome, comfortable place. We highly recommend this space!"

"The BB really made you feel “at home” during your visit. Robert was so welcoming and pleasant to chat with and his pictures hanging throughout the space are exceptional! Highly recommend making this one of the stops! "

"The hosts were wonderful. They were extremely responsive and met our every need. Breakfast was always delicious and was served when we wanted it. Michael also shared very helpful insider travel tips and even taught us a few words of Irish (he's fluent). We also loved the peaceful location that was only a 10-minute drive from Ballycastle."

"My goodness! What a pleasant surprise! Causeway Hotel far exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend staying here!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! The atmosphere was so calming. Our room had a walkout balcony and some yard area. It looked out over the valley and ocean. It was a very easy walk to the Causeway. The Hotel also provided tickets to the Visitor Center at The Causeway. Staying at the hotel allowed time to explore the area before and after all the tour busses arrived—that was an extreme bonus!
Our room was huge. So was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower head put out plenty of pressure.
We customarily don’t rave about hotels, but this was above and beyond. Plus the price was well within our budget. We were so happy we choose to stay there.
We were there June 21-22."
"Just a one night stopover visiting the local UNESCO Giant’s Causeway. A lovely warm welcome received. The room (#01) was a good size, very clean and tidy and well stocked with tea/coffee and biscuits. We had a great sea view beyond the small car park. Breakfast 8am~9am was ‘serve yourself’ Continental style with everything necessary to get us started for our day walking the coast.
The location is perfect for anyone wanting to visit the Giant’s Causeway, as it’s an easy 15 minute stroll to the *National Trust Visitor Centre and free to continue along the coast.
The evening of our arrival, we drove a couple of miles into Bushmills and can highly recommend Flash In The Pan fish & chip shop. We took our fish supper down to Salmon Rock Beach Car Park and watched the sun setting over the sea. All in all a fabulous place to visit and stay. Thank you Carnside, we’re recommending you to our friends!
*NT charges to enter Visitor Centre but not the coastal walks"
"This hotel was better than we expected. The staff were really lovely, especially the receptionist plus the woman who seemed to be in charge of the kitchen and also the waiters . I’m a veggie and they made sure I was offered choices. I really couldn’t fault this place. We go on numerous weekends away in Northern Ireland all year round and this is definitely worth rebooking."
"Clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms were big annd the location was great. Avoid eating at their restaurant. The food wasn’t great and the service was slow."
"Arriving after 10pm only find our room which had been booked months before had been temporarily allocated to a wedding party that morning and their stuff was still in the room and had no idea who owned it. NOT IMPRESSED . Need I say more after having travelled 1/2 way round the world to arrive with that situation
Hotel was reported as full but staff did find another room for us
Front desk we dealt with were helpful"
"A nice clean and modern hotel with good car parking and helpful staff. The location is good for visiting other destinations on the north coast, if you have a car..The price was very reasonable for the area and the breakfast and dinner good. The bar also looked good, but we didn’t buy any drinks."
