Réservation pour 2 nuits dans cet établissement sauf que l’accueil n’était pas du coup aimable et impossible d’avoir une table pour les petits déjeuners et le restaurant car il fallait réserver mais cela n’est écrit nulle part sur le site. L’appart était fonctionnel et la piscine au top pour les enfants.

Le plus gros arnaque jamais vu, lhotel oblige deux adultes + un enfant de 3 ans +un bébé de 1 an de prendre soit 2 chambres doubles soit un appartement de 4 lits ( 3 lits ne sont pas considérés comme sécurisés à leur yeux)

Animation plutôt simpas Cadre très beau Chambre spatieuse Mais salle serviette avec des taches noires Poubelle d’anciens locataire encore présente Tache de coulis/soupe ou autres sur la fenêtre Volets qui ne se ferme pas au niveau du salon Et porte avec un trou dedans L’emplacement n’était pas calme des enfants courraient et crier tôt les matins Les plats n’était pas très bon,nous avons donc manger que les entrées Dommage car le cadre et les animateurs était parfaits

Sejour tres bien passé sauf l'arrivée ou la route etait inaccessible. Enneigée et l'accueil était inaccessible il ne repondait pas aux appels Fermeture de l'accueil de 12h a 16h alirs que la pizzeria es ouverte mais si la commande nest pas réglée à la réception pas de pizza. Vraiment nul

Un havre de paix au cœur des vosges

Vraiment génial. Nous avons pris le studio supérieur. Nourriture buffet de qualité. Oui il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix mais il vaut mieux miser la qualité que quantité. Dessert maison le chef a fait une omelette norvégienne 'live cooking. Nombreuses animations' Belle piscine. Un bémol : le checkout à 10h00 c'est trop tôt

Convenable pour dormir à proximité des pistes

Une nuit en famille. Dommage que le check-in soit à partir de 16h30 et qu'il faille faire la queue dans le hall pour obtenir les clés. La piscine est loin de la chambre (un véhicule est nécessaire) et le check-out du lendemain est déjà à 9h30!!! On a jamais vu si tôt! Le logement est fonctionnel mais manque de confort. Heureusement il faisait beau lors de notre arrivée et nous avons pu profiter des pistes de ski à proximité.

Hôtel très bien équipé.

Très bon séjour, cependant j’ai été surprise que les chambres ne soient pas du tout faites pendant 6 jours (côté hôtel chambre sans cuisine). Le local à ski est loin des pistes par la route non salée et très glissante. (10mn à pied). Le reste était parfait, les picnics froids du midi sont bien garnis, le restaurant est correct. La piscine est top et bien propre.

Le séjour en soi s'est bien passé, il manquait juste l'essentiel : les bonnes indications pour venir sur le lieu des vacances en toute sécurité. Les gps ne sont pas fiable et les logeurs le savaient, un petit SMS avant de venir serait le bienvenue pour éviter les pb de voiture
