The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling restaurant.

The place was in a good location, bayshore 2, over looking the Manila bay and just across okada. The area is spacious, the place just need some maintenance due to leaking from the ceiling and AC unit maybe probably due to the heavy rain, but generally its a good place to stay.

We’ve stayed at Aruga nine times over the past 10 years, and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and they consistently make us feel at home. There’s a reason we keep coming back year after year.
