We couldn’t contact family, look up places to eat, or use maps/gps to get into town. There was no hot water in the shower which I guess is a small thing but still missed haha. The beds are really tough! Not soft at all. They also charge you for airport transfer per person while everywhere else we stayed had it included! The staff was really nice, the pool was clean, and the food at the restaurant was good. "
