"At first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available...."

"Dieses Familienappartement ist einfach der Hammer um es kurz zu sagen. Das einzige was mich persönlich gestört hat, das die Küche nicht komplett bestückt war. es fehlte ein Schneebesen ein paar Töpfe, Messbecher und noch Kleinigkeiten die man fürs Kochen braucht. Müsste evtl mal angeschafft werden. Aber sonst waren wir mega zufrieden. Ich würde es auf jedenfall wieder buchen."

"Die Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich und der Frühstücksraum sind sehr schön renoviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, es wird sogar (auf Nachfrage) Brot für Gäste mit Glutenunverträglichkeit gebacken. Ein Wasserkocher für Tee steht den ganzen Tag im Frühstücksraum zur Verfügung. "
