"Clean comfortable bed "

"When we arrived to our rental (G1) at 3:30 am, the beds were very squeaky and they puffed up when we sat down on them. Could not get tv, all it did was spin. The little end table was so wobbly. When the adjoining unit was inside you could hear everything they would say. When they used their washer the whole building vibrated which was 2bout of the 3 nights.when we complained to hotels.com they reached out to the motel about getting a refund and they denied it. When I called the motel afterwards to get maintenance over they thought we had checked out. Someone from the office in my opinion should have reached out to see what they could do to make our stay better. But no one did. "

"The main problem was the pool. It wasn't clean/available. Everything else was great! "

" Easy check in at 5pm. Room was fine except TV didn't work first night but next morning the maintenance guy fixed TV access. Very convenient location for fishing the OBX."

"This is an older hotel with the rooms being dated but clean. We have stayed here multiple times and would definitely come back. Great location. Friendly staff."
