Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton

Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton

8/10 Good
"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful when asking for additional pillows ( only 1 pp provided). The breakfast was good and tasty and plenty of attentive staff if needed. The hotel rooms however are very tired with very poor decor standards. Tiles in the bathroom were miss-matched and grubby and flooring lifting in places. Was surprised to have to pay £5 to park the car as a resident though"

"Very nice local hotel. Friendly helpful staff and nicely prepared food. Packed lunch was both useful and a nice touch. Both room and en suite were clean and modern. I would highly recommend."

"Good size clean room, comfortable bed and chairs, an old property with damp coming through ceiling of bay window but the building is being renovated. Very good location close to all amenities. Overall very good value for the money!"
