"The room was gross. We checked in, went to room, saw the disgusting condition of the room & went downstairs & asked for a refund. We only seem to have gotten 1 night credit but werent told that. Please refund the rest "

"I have been a regular guest at this hotel due to its proximity to a family member in long term care. Today I was informed that the pet policy has changed from a reasonable nightly fee to a flat fee for 1-4 nights. This means a 2 night stay has double the per fee from before. I was also informed that a hot breakfast was no longer being served, just continental. These changes mean it now make more sense for me to move to a hotel with friendlier policies on my subsequent trips. The value for me has been significantly diminished. This is unfortunate, because up till now I had been quite pleased with this hotel."
