"I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."

"The room was booked and paid for through Expedia with receipts.
They failed to check me in.
I even asked to just start a new booking so I could at least go and sleep while he tried to work it out.
In the end I had to go to another hotel."
