"Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it.
