"Exceptional food and customer service"

"Great location but at the same time quiet enough to make it a relaxing experience. The spa has great services at good prices. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Both restaurants offer good quality food. If you are renting a car and coming from Rio the hotel offers ample parking. Rent a car in Brazil is like 5th the price of getting a transfer. I highly recommend this place. "

"The pousada is nice but not as you see in the pictures. Our room was at the top and there is a long way up, with low light at night The breakfast was ok, nothing special. It’s one block and a half to the beach, they change the pool towels only every 2 days. The curtains doesn’t cover completely so you get light early. The bed mattress for the small bed had a bump very uncomfortable, and the bed sheets low quality. Front desk people were kind and helpful"

"Everything was excellent except the dinner, which was just ok and some days really disappointing regarding service and food. I suggest not to recommend the dinner offer package at the front desk because it is better for the whole experience that people go have dinner outside until they are able to improve the dinner as a whole. For example service and food at beach club are totally different and enjoyable. "

"Nos gustó mucho. Si bien no es en el centro es a una cuadra de la avenida y en porto da barra donde hay restaurante y playa Maguinos. También se puede ir caminando a playa Geribá. Que la recepcionista sea argentina fue un plus, igual nos comunicamos bien con todos. Súper tranquilo (dormimos re bien), las piletas muy buenas y el desayuno cumple. Lo recomiendo "

"Excellente ubicación, al lado de la playa João Fernandez y a una distancia caminable del centro. La vista es preciosa desde la piscina y los cuartos. El dueño del lugar es un sol, super amable y se asegura de hacerte pasar una muy grata estadía. El desayuno es super completo y con esta vista! Muy recomendado! "
