"Lovely clean hotel, we will be back, loved the seating at the front of the hotel looking to the sea."

"Could be a lovely hotel if more attention paid to lots of little things that add up. On the positive side - Our breakfasts were very good (other than a chipped breakfast cup). Staff were very pleasant. Good parking at back of hotel. Nice little bar area. Very comfortable bed with nice clean linen and towels. Then (if only someone paid attention to detail!), Sticky, grubby door handles and stair rails In the bedroom, coffee cup stains on the dressing table, a dirty pair of socks in the drawer, dried out contact lenses on the bedside table, crumbs around and behind curtain area, mould around windows, cobwebs, curtain off rail. In the bathroom, mould in the shower and paint peeling on the ceiling, rusty shower soap tray, dirt and dust around radiator and on door mouldings, mould around window and on glass. The room in need of a good deep clean, interior of drawers and wardrobe need wiping out."

"The room was clean and amenities provided adequate. Parking is an issue and depends on the availability of an unsupervised pay-and-display car park at a church that is within a 5 minute walk. There is a process to be followed (via codes and lockbox) to gain access to the hotel via a door beside waste bins. Information on this is provided remotely by a helpful staff member, The staff member engaged for this (Heather) was friendly and very helpful over the phone). The hotel is also a nightclub and hence guests need to be aware and prepared for loud music until the early hours on Fridays and Saturdays. (Ear-plugs were provided). The location of the hotel is very convenient for the beach/waterfront and is a short walk from the central area of town."

"Found the hotel really good. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and it was very good value for money. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and was really good. Our room was a good size and had everything we needed and the bathroom was a good size. Lovely clean bedding and towels and everywhere was clean."
