Really great Hotel. We were lucky to be invited to tue opening celebration as well were we met the owner and she was incredibly nice. Reallt great concept of hotel, beautiful views and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend

We met the guy running to breakfast service and he was very helpful to book the rooms. Amenities well likes expected. Only the lack of electricity during more than 10 hours were a bit annoying.

Not worth the money; certainly not 4star

Pool was closed for refurbishment with no prior announcement. Incredibly slow service at breakfast (as in the chef had not even arrived for work by 9.45am when I came for breakfast). AC was never turned on in communal areas, nor in the room prior to arrival. Lobby and corridors were hot and humid. Room fridge basically useless. Construction work (extension of the hotel) was taking place directly in front of the entrance and in front of the ONLY 3 rooms they were able to offer, notwithstanding the size of the hotel and the incredibly low occupancy. Work started early in the morning. With the exception of one hotel porter, no one could care less. Don't believe other reviews; not worth the money

Given the price of the Suite-type room (approx. USD 200 per night ; from booked from 24 - 26 December 2022) , the Staff was told repeatedly that the heating system in one of the suite's rooms was inoperable. Despite their repeated attempts to "fix" the problem, the room remained extremely cold. I expect more from a hotel of this standard. At check-out it was if nothing ever happened and there was no attempt to somehow compensate us nor even say we are sorry for your inconvenience. Frokosten var ikke som forventet. Vi har bodd der 12 netter, av de 12 spiste vi frokost kun 2 dager. Var en familie på 6 personer alle over 18 år, det betyr mye vann og kaffe drikking til frokost. Vi fikk beskjed at kun 1 flaske med vann er gratis og alt over det må vi betale. Vi spurte hvis de har vannmugge på bordet vi fikk beskjed NEI kun vannglass og vi må spørre kelner hele tiden for hente ny vann glass. vi var 6 personer det betyr ca 24 eller 36 vannglass Ikke miljøvennlig. I forhold til kaffe enda verre vi får drikke tyrkisk kaffe gratis, men vi får kun en gratis kopp av Americano, espresso eller Cappuccino utover dette må vi betale. Dagen etter ny beskjed kun tyrkisk kaffe er gratis og alt utover dette må vi betale. Før jeg har booket ringte jeg og spurte presis i forhold til frokost, hvis det har internasjonal og nasjonal frokost jeg fikk aldri beskjed at kaffe og vann er begrenset. Videre de beklaget og vi fikk beskjed at vi får vann på bordet gratis. Frokosten var kjedelig, ikke stekt egg og bacon, ikke ferske mankoushi tørre og ikke varme, ikke grovt brød, ikke croissant, veldig begrenset. Utover frokosten hotell er veldig rent og ryddig. Renhold personale var veldig hyggelig. De som jobbet på resepsjon var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, de beklaget så mye i forhold til frokosten, de har prøvd å gjøre våre dager veldig hyggelig, men vi valgte etter at en ansatt ble sur på oss å ikke spise frokost mer der. Et arabisk ordtak sier HIN FLOUSAK BAS MA THIN NFOUSAK.
