Warm greetings at all times from staff and a comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was a background sound, or hum, I assume from the air-con or heating services, that was present the entire time. Took a while to get to sleep. I stayed just the one night so no big deal.

Convenient location in the town, located short distances from 2 shopping centres and the older town centre. Also only a 10min taxi drive from the airport or the main train station. Good facilities and great service. Good restaurant, rooms quiet and clean with sufficient space to move around.

Rooms are spacious, bathroom with bath and shower, clean, breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable although mattress was a bit too soft for my personal taste. I would definitely go again.

What a nice hotel . Staff very friendly and helpful. I was staying 4 nights. The hotel has great food and amazing location to the city you can walk. The last night the people next to my room were very noisy but the lady at the reception was very professional and gave me another room . She was very helpful. And next day book me a taxi to the airport. I will be stin this hotel again. I had chance of staying few hotel around Bydgoszcz but this one is definitely the best. And got great deal for stay. 1 Stern zu hoch bewertet

Zimmer ist angenehm, sinnvoll eingerichtet und alles sauber. Aber für 4 Sterne brauchtes mehr: 1. kein Pool 2. großes Frühstücksbuffet ohne jedes Highlight (kein Bacon, kein Lachs) 3. TV nur 10 gruselige polnische Kanäle, nichts für ausländische Besucher. 4. Wasser und Instant-Kaffee-Tütchen wurde nicht aufgefüllt 5. "kostenlose Toilettenartikel" bedeutete Duschhaube und Flüssigseifespender - ENDE! 6. "Minibar": auf dem Tisch steht ein Kärtchen mit Preisen für Minibar. Diese war jedoch leer.
