"The location of this hotel is the best part about it. They have a beautiful deck off the main lodge with a great view of the mountains of Denali National Park. The first night we were there, we saw a great view of Mt. Denali. However, they play elevator type music day and night constantly on that patio, as well as at pretty much every other public gathering spot on the property. We found that aspect of the stay extremely annoying. What is wrong with silence, especially when outside, and especially at night???!!! There are some walking trails on the property and a cute tree house. The rooms are fine, nothing special, and there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. Be aware that this is a property of the Princess Cruise Lines (hence the name), so there are constantly buses from the cruises dropping off and picking up people. So there are times when the place is very crowded. There are some talks and live music, a good coffee shop, and some over-priced restaurants. It's a decent place, but we wouldn't stay here again."
"Had mini fridge and coffee maker which made it nice. 1 chair, 2 plus a small table would have been nice. Also needed was a suitcase rack. Simple but clean"
"This was a great place to stay the night in Talkeetna. The location is very close to the Susitna River and the Main Street. The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The place was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!"
