The rooms were great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The shower also had amazing pressure. I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. I highly recommend Avlon to anyone travelling to Ballina.

Nice bright room 10minute walk into town

We stayed in Ballina for 2 nights room quite big&bright nice pool.Good service.Very clean.About a 10 minute walk into town.Henry Rous nice pub excellent food.We took the bus to Lennox Head 20 min.Walked back along the coast 11km plus 3km into town.
