"I usually stay with a different hotel chain, but this was much cheaper so we booked it. I did not have high expectations.
The place was clean, friendly and on par with everyone else. I would stay here again.
We used the shuttle to and from the airport and that went flawless.
There are jets going over. They are low enough that the pressure wave moves the curtains slighty. . Pretty funky but I did planes so I slept just fine."
"Disgusting in every way. Property not maintained inside or outside. I had pre-paid so I was stuck. Room had an overwhelming stench of wet dog and cigarettes, mold, mildew etc. The room did not seem to have been cleaned other than the sheets. The floor had dirt and filth on it. It obviously had not been mopped for a long time. The nice young man at the desk tried to resolve with some fabreeze to no avail. I went to Walmart and bought some deodorizing spray and Clorox wipes and cleaned the room myself including the bathroom sink and toilet. No towel rack or hooks in the bathroom. The desk and desk chair were wobbly, the chair was broken and at a extreme forward tilt so unusable. The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. There was a huge gap all the way around the door. Low life people come and go from the parking lot all day, this looks like a welfare hotel with a drug trade going on. If you need to do this for financial reasons be warned!!! Bring your own sheets and blankets, sleep on top of the covers, bring some bleach wipes. Disinfect every door knob, light switches, the TV remote the sink, the toilet, the shower etc. This place has been in serious decline for many years. I reported to the health department. Tear this place down and start over."
"I do not recommend this hotel at all. We arrived after a 7-hour drive with a baby and a child and left within 20 minutes because the condition of the hotel and room was unacceptable.
The room had no working lights, water-stained ceilings, missing ceiling tiles, a damaged door, blood-stained carpet, and a large uncovered hole in the heater vent. We also encountered people smoking marijuana right outside the entrance. To make matters worse, the water park was only open on weekends, which was not made clear when we booked.
We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, especially with young children, so we immediately checked out and found accommodations elsewhere. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to other families."
