She worked very hard to accommodate us and have us moved to a king bedroom. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to all of our needs. She is an exceptional employee. The manager Neilish was also wonderful and personally explained, and apologized for an elevator issue and offered to help us get our bags down when we checked out.
