"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The Royal has a great location, being close to the waterpark, the lagoon, the aquariums, and the casino. Everywhere you go there’s palm trees and marine habitats. The only bad part about paradise is it’s expensive, but worth it. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back!"

"We recently stayed at Harborside Resort Atlantis in a 1-Bedroom Premium Villa located in Building 3, and overall, we had a great experience.
From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to assist. Their friendliness truly stood out and made our stay feel special.
The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our family. I did notice some mildew in the bathroom grout and brought it to the attention of housekeeping. To their credit, they responded promptly and had it cleaned the same day. Housekeeping actually came by multiple times during our stay — so often that I ended up declining a few visits and just requested fresh towels instead. Their attentiveness did not go unnoticed.
Atlantis is massive, so come prepared to walk quite a bit — but the beautiful surroundings and amenities make it worth it.
All in all, Harborside offered a great mix of comfort and convenience. A few minor issues, but nothing that wasn’t handled well. Would definitely stay again!
