"we really enjoyed our stay here and all the amenities even if it wasn’t perfect. The property is beautiful and large with great views. All inclusive seemed like a good deal and the food was adequate but didn’t expect so many menu items to be excluded/premium charge. Prob 30% of menu was an upcharge. We liked the different pools and the Market food hall felt upscale like a Vegas resort. We probably also liked it best because it was one of few places on property to dine without having flies all over. There are a lot of bugs, giant roaches, massive moths and swarms of flies. Once I saw a massive roach on the ceiling in the sit down restaurant over a couple unsuspecting diners. In our room I only saw 1-2 bugs total luckily very minimal compared to the rest

- one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen with dumbells, barbells, deadlift and squat rack plus weights machines
- kitchen granted our informal request to cook up the fish we caught
- free shuttle ride to Rose to swim at the beach and eat at Fellinis rooftop (spectacular views of the bay)
Dislikes
- they ban ubers 👎
- bugs. Big bugs. Little bugs. Crawling bugs Flying bugs.
- Too many flies, eating outside is almost impossible. Bring your own rotating fly shoo-er for your table or poolside. The only place there weren’t flies was the Market
- dirty hallways in hotel buildings, dead bugs/moths, bird feathers (bird attacked?)
