This is a clean, comfortable place to stay and very close to the old town where you can explore the historic sites. They stored my luggage for me also which was very helpful.

Great location for access to downtown. The street is old-school residential style, within reasonable walking distance to the main attractions and many kinds of eateries. There is noise on the street, but that comes with the territory. The management was extremely nice and responsive, which made me feel even more at ease. If there is one not-so-nice thing I could say is that I should have paid better attention at the description of my room, but it was more my fault than theirs. At the end it didn't have a private bathroom like I thought I'd have, but a shared one instead - and it smelled like it had no ventilation whatsoever. I'd stay there again, just getting a better room.

Hotel correcto para visitar Cáceres, está situado en el centro, fácil de llevar y en la calle encuentras aparcamiento fácilmente. La habitación tiene algo de falta de mantenimiento con alguna humedad en las paredes y suelo muy frío.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido buenísima, desde el principio el trato es cordial y muy agradable. Están muy pendientes de que todo esté a tu gusto. El alojamiento está limpio y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Las camas son cómodas y se duerme muy bien. El único motivo por el que no lo recomendaría es porque si se hace muy popular me puedo quedar sin habitación la próxima vez, estoy segura que volveremos!!

Buena ubicación

El alojamiento para el precio que tiene , está bien . Cerca del centro . Si tienes suerte puedes aparcar en la misma calle del alojamiento. Nuestra habitación tenía cuarto de baño y de tamaño estaba bien . Lo único que cambiaria es que en los hoteles ya se deberían abstener de poner mantas de las antiguas . Es mucho más higiénico un nórdico con una funda nórdica.

En general, todo excelente. Por poner algo a mejorar, el suelo de la habitación. Al ser de baldosa es bastante frío, podría ser como el del pasillo que es tipo parquet. También hubiera estado bien tener secador de pelo. Pero la ubicación es excelente y hemos estado muy cómodos.

La habitación no está como en las fotos, pero es aceptable. La cama es excesivamente blanda, pero como no tengo problemas de espalda, dormí bien. El trato vía teléfono al llegar fue bueno. No pongo mejor nota porque el motivo principal por el que elegí este sitio es porque en su página web, en servicios, indica que tiene consigna de equipaje y yo lo necesitaba. Al comentárselo a quien me atendió por teléfono cuando llegué, me dijo que solo podría dejar el equipaje hasta las 14:00, lo cual para mí era suficiente, pero al día siguiente me comentó quién me atendió personalmente (no era la misma persona), que debido a un imprevisto, solo podía dejar el equipaje hasta las 12:00 (hora en la que se deja la habitación). Me dio la opción de dejar el equipaje fuera de la habitación y dejar la llave en el buzón después. Entiendo su buena intención, pero dejar el equipaje en un portal en el que puede pasar cualquiera y sin vigilancia, para mí no es opción. Me fastidió los planes.
