"The good was the room was clean, bed comfortable. The staff there at the time were great, freindly helpful. The bad was we had 2 rooms were told we would get one on the first floor when we got there both rooms were on the second floor. We had a disabled person with us and it was very difficult for her having to walk up and down the stairs. The TV in my room didn't work it got 4 sports channels that was it. Other guests I talked to had the same problem."
"This was a really nice little motel. The grounds were nicely kept, the rooms were very clean and really cute, beds were comfy, and I loved the fact that he had large bottle of shampoo, etc rather than those small ones that are terrible for the environment. The place had more of an Airbnb feel than a motel.
The only challenge was upon checking out, my co-worker and I needed a receipt for the stay, and we could not reach the manager. We rang the doorbell several times, with no response, so we had to leave without the paperwork. Overall though, great stay."
"Freundlicher Empfang. Kleines Zimmer, kleines Bad, hellhörig, etwas schmuddelig. Kein Netz. Auf Nachfrage kurz da, dann wieder weg. Fensterrollo bedeutet entweder dunkel oder durchsichtig. Unattraktive Umgebung. Für das Angebot zu teuer."
"The owner and the cleaning lady were very nice and accommodating! The rooms and washrooms look newly renovated, clean, and nice for the price. The only downside was the room lacked a kettle, a small coffee machine, and a hairdryer. We’ve stayed at other motels in Cache Creek that included these basics along with small shampoo packets, so we were a bit surprised they weren't provided here. Also, the bedsheets could use a little improvement, stains all over. These are small, easy fixes for a two-night stay. Overall, it's a clean property with good rooms for the price, made even better by the wonderful staff!"
