Then was told the room I paid for they couldn't do so I was given a room with 2 beds an not 1 like I paid for. Ok, got settled, couple of days go by we are asked to move rooms or be charged more for the room we were in. Sent to a room that smelled horrible stain on walls. I felt like I couldn't complain or I would be charged for a different room. I had to stay as there was no refund option."

"Book this hotel to stay in Lawton.Due to the fact that it had a beautiful pool. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told the pool was not in service that it was closed for remodel. I was extremely disappointed and said there was nothing available online to tell me that, they agreed and said we're not in charge of our website. I asked if there was anything that they could do to accommodate the inconvenience.It was simply told no. The property itself is nice.The casino is nice.The staff going up and down to elevator making sure the property is clean seemed very nice. It's unfortunate that the lady at the desk standing with what appeared to be her manager didn't have a better answer for me. In regards to accommodating because the pool was closed."
