"Great adult resort. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool. Food was overall very good. Gym small (this could be improved). Beach is beautiful, but is rocks, not sand although there is one small sandy-ish area in the swimming cove. Great resort overall!"

"Overall, the hotel is okay, but there are a few issues that really affected the experience. The water temperature is very unstable—both in the shower and at the sink, it keeps switching between hot and cold, which is quite uncomfortable. Especially at the sink, the water flow is too weak, making it difficult to even wash your face properly. I hope the hotel can fix the water pressure and temperature control to improve the guest experience."

"I’ll start with this was not out first time at Grand Fiesta Americana Resort and I am somewhat biased with the morning omelets. I will say there is a wide variety to choose from for the breakfasts, the fresh fruit definitely taste diffident in Mexico, in a positive way. The staff is very friendly and speak great English, so that helps with communication and planning during your stay. The rooms get tended to daily, so the fridge stays full on snacks and drinks (if you have the all inclusive package, which we highly recommend). I was surprised we didn’t get towels made into animals this time, which was a first. The outdoor pools, we split our time between the swim up bar and the infinity pool due to the great view of the ocean. My girlfriend and I woke up every morning and watched the whales spray and jump in the ocean. Get an ocean view if you have the option, the view from our balcony was so beautiful. The food for dinner was delicious, we didn’t have the sushi this time, but did have the Italian restaurant twice. Definitely eat at The Steak House, as the lobster was perfect pairing with the rib eye. I will say these two things, the Italian Restaurant should serve breakfast or lunch also, it is a wasted opportunity to eat a delicious meat and enjoy the view, when the Italian restaurant only serves dinner. One last thing, the water polo pool should have more scheduled activities for those that want to play. I’m confident this staff would be great planning this."

"Staff was great, property was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed the infinity pools and the movie on the beach was lovely. The room was a great size and we appreciated having a separate space from the kids to decompress. Two outdoor patios attached to our suite were great for meals and drying swim clothes. lol. Shoutout to Tomas at the pool!"

"It was a nice resort. Wasn't too crowded. The food and drinks in specialty restaurants was really nice. The drinks near the pool area or other cafes were ok. The beach area was clean and nice, although we could not get into the ocean. The entertainment activities were fun although they were too loud throughout the day. Perhaps they could schedule a quiet time from 1.30-4.00pm to allow the silence and the waves to relax those lying by the pool and enjoying a lazy nap after a heavy brunch. The night activities were fun. We also enjoyed playing pickle ball, TT and the pool. Nice place if you want to just decompress and not do much. "

"Everything was fine. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the lack of sea swimming. The waves were too big and the beach was unfriendly. I wish there was a beach, of course, because people go to Mexico to swim in the sea."
