Family gathering in CDO

It was ok, nothing didn’t wow me. I was please with the living area and bed was comfortable. I like the size of the tv and kitchen was good for my use of the basic things.

This place was a dump. Cabinets unhinged. No bathroom mirror. No bathroom tp holder. Had to pay a fee to park. Had to pay a fee to use the swimming pool. Ac is right next to bed. Just an overall bad place and I would never stay here again.

IF you aren't from Cagayan, better choose others

There was no room or villa number given to me so the security guards on June 22, Sunday, about 9-10pm didn't let me get in the property. My paid one night stay was wasted. I was tired and frustrated that this was a bad experience. I have checked my email, hotels app, there was no mention of villa name or number. And this was non-refundable so goodbye 30 USD.

My family stayed there for almost a week. The room has a great space but it needed to be clean and update. They had to spray the whole room because it has a strong smell like molds. Also, why they asked their tenants to pay 300 for parking space?

I did not like anything about the property. The condo is sub standard. The place is really dirty. I was only there for one night as the accommodations is sub standard. Security lock on the door is inoperable. I need a refund and I cannot recommend this place.

I paid in full for the hotel stay. However, the small studio was not air conditioned. The fan was broken and it was too loud. The bed was so hard and the cushions were so thin that it hurts your back. My sister tried to contact the phone# the lady cleaner gave as well as the phone#online but nobody responded. The faucet was dripping and nobody cleaned our place for the days we stayed there. No proper towels or toiletries. The place has no sofa that we can sit comfortably and the internet was unreliable for it was gone for 1-2 days. The shower has rust. Take this as a constructive criticism to improve your property. I am a real estate owner as well. Pls invest on good linens, drapes,toiletries, towels not just cloth of some sort, etc so you will be recommended. I regretted staying at your place and for me I will call it charge to experience of some sort. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing that I liked.The bed was small and smelled like urine and had no bedding on it The air conditioner was extremely loud didn’t work well and place next to your head in the small bedroom which really just a divider between the main space.coffee pot didn’t work ,It was loud, The place wasn’t ready even though we didn’t show until after 6 pm The tv didn’t work the toilet seat was not attached and there was no toilet paper.When Inasked why it didn’t look anything like the picture they said that the room we were supposed to get wasn’t ready but the substitute awful room they gave us wasn’t ready. It ruined my whole time in Caygan de oro I didn’t sleep that night and definately wasn’t gonna stay another night and had to move to another hotel and they promptly kicked up out at 11:30 I will say in the 50 years that I have stayed in hotels,hostels,condos this was by far the worst experience I ever had and if I got a full refund I would still feel cheated.I am surprised that Expedia offers such a thing.I will go back to Agoda who although I am not happy with came up with accommodations that were nice enough

The host was not responsive, we had to message her several times to confirm our reservation and ultimately my wife had to call her to get her to acknowledge the reservation. I understand English is not her first language, but this is not an excuse to communicate. I think she only speaks Bisaya. The worst part is that there are no cooking utensils within the condo. There was no induction cookware so we could not use the induction stove. There was no electric tea kettle but there was an empty box for one along with an empty bread toaster box on top of the cabinets. We had to use the rice cooker so we could heat water in order to make coffee. On top of all that after we checked out she chat my wife and demanded we buy her a new rice cooker which was already missing one leg along with new induction cookware. She claimed that we left the induction cooker on and burned up the non-inductive pan and the rice cooker. I can assure you we unplugged all the equipment. We also had to gcash her 300 pesos so we could park in a designated parking space so I just feel like I was being shaken down. I do not recommend this property for these reasons.

Very clean. Had a rice cooker and pots/plates to use. The Kids love the pool. Bonus was a play ground next to pool and the pool had wood so not slippery like tile would be. More safe for the kids
