"I made a mistake in my first review saying there were extra charges. I misunderstood this was a tax I had to pay not an extra charge. "We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. "Good: I liked that we had our own bathroom and didn't have to share it with other people. We wanted to check-in at 1 pm, 2 hrs earlier than the official check-in of 3 o'clock. The landlord managed to get the accommodation ready at that time. Accommodation is at walking distance of the trainstation. Very convenient if you have to catch a train to Elmas airport on a very early Sunday morning when there aren't buses yet. "
