Totaler Reinfall - Finger weg!

Nach einer unfreundlichen Begrüßung wurden wir aus dem Hotel raus in ein Nebengebäude geführt. Dort war es alt, stickig und es roch muffig. In dem Haupthaus war alles ausgebucht, weswegen wir in der absteige gelandet sind. Zentrumsnah bedeutet natürlich nicht ruhig, aber das die Bewohner des Hauses sich nachts anschreien und die Eingangstüre quietscht war dann trotzdem zu viel des Guten. Das Zimmer sah überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Bildern, von Komfort keine Spur. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Der Dame an der Rezeption war dies alles herzlich egal. Alles in allem kam man sich sehr verarscht vor.

Bellissimo!

Bellissimo albergo, in una zona bella e centrale. Vicino della stazione di treni e autobus, facile per andare alla spiaggia Poeto o altre poste in Sardegna. Il personale era molto gentile. Ho avuto un bello soggiorno!

評価する以前の問題です。 予約のバウチャーを持って、予約したはずのグランド　ホテル　カリアリに行ったら、予約が入っていませんでした。慌てて、受付の女性が周辺ホテルに☎してこのホテルを予約してくれましたが、当初予定の冷蔵庫もWi－Fiも窓からの景色もなく、部屋は、ホテルから離れた建物だったので、三つのカギを渡され、自分で下からひとつづつ開けて入る部屋でした。しかも、チェックアウトの時、グランドホテルと同じ料金を請求され、抗議したら、値段を下げるという日本では考えられない対応。もっともっとディスカウント要求すればよかったと今でも腹が立ちます。こちらのサイトでの責任はどう取ってくれるのでしょうか。

bella stanza in posizione strategica

Si trova in pieno centro, nel Quartiere Marina, a Via Roma sotto i portici e di fronte al mare, ed è pertanto ideale per passeggiare in città. Inoltre è a due passi dalla stazione e dal capolinea dei bus che portano alla spiaggia del Poetto, nonchè di fronte al punto di attracco dei traghetti nel porto di Cagliari. La stanza era spaziosa e luminosa. Buona la colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Questa struttura occupa il 2° piano dell'edificio in cui è situato.

Séjour de 10j en couple : Les + (rapide) - L'hotel est situé dans le centre historique donc un peu d'activité pendant la soirée (21h à 23h). - L'hotel est situé sur l'avenue principale desservie par les bus. Les - : - Personnel de l'hôtel présent uniquement de 9h à 11h. Pour des besoins en dehors de ces heures, se débrouiller ou appeler un autre hôtel situé dans la ville .. - Personnel de l'hôtel en rupture totale d'amabilité. - Un jour passé sans serviettes dans la salle de bain - Un jour passé sans papier toilette .. non remplacé le matin lors du ménage - Lit très inconfortable, l'hôtel vend un lit double pour en réalité 2 lits simples collé côte à côte et très très durs (je viens de prendre rdv chez l'ostéo .. - Chambre non insonorisée prévoir les boules QUIES .. Nous n'avons pas apprécié ce séjour dans cet hôtel, heureusement que la plage n'est pas très loin .. prévoir 20min de bus. Une note de 2 est déjà bien gentille .. Espérant vous éviter une déconvenue. Fraude de réservation! Ne pas y aller!

A l'arrivé l'hôtel n'a aucune trace de notre réservation car l'inventaire est géré à la main dans un cahier. Aucune chambre pour nous, et on nous propose une chambre dans un vieux B&B sans nom et probablement illégal. Impossible de joindre l'agence par téléphone.

Close to the harbour, not great service

On our arrival we were walked to a different hotel in the middle of Cagliari, it was not explained to us at all but it became clear that they had over booked. We then stayed in a small, dark room for two nights while they got our actual room ready. This wasn't so much the issue, as the staff just totally ignoring the issue rather than addressing it... Not great.

Air conditioning not working , very concerned that after about 10 o clock. In the evening No person from the hotel on site , what about emergency , power failure etc. No English T.V. Channels No room safe , we had a safe on the evening of day two !!!
