what a surprise

First time for me adn i found a gem. Located in an area 5 minutes from the city center has all the confort needed for your stay. markets, bars, restaurant at walking distance. I will come back for sure.

È una fortuna incontrare dei gestori di hotel così, tutti cortesissimi e pieni di consigli ed informazioni su cose da vedere/fare nei dintorni. Ci è sembrato di stare a casa! Per quanto riguarda la struttura, camera (e bagno) pulitissimi; a 10/15 minuti sia dalla marina di Cagliari (ristoranti, bar ecc) che dall'aeroporto. Vicino l'hotel c'è la necropoli di Karalis, che come consigliatoci dai gestori, vale veramente una visita. Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che andrò in Sardegna.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with the most gracious and welcoming hosts, Roberto and Anna, who made us feel welcome both in their hotel and in Cagliari overall. The hotel has totally modern furniture and fixtures including a mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, plenty of electrical outlets, and good lighting. The only downsides were the VERY firm bed, and an above-the-door air conditioner (operated by remote) that didn't keep the room particularly cool since it was located in the entry alcove so the fan didn't push the air into the main part of the room. The location was ideal: about a 20-minute walk to the center of town (Piazza Yenne), a few short blocks to the Botanical Garden and the Roman Amphitheater, 2 blocks from a supermarket and pharmacy, and right on a bus line. We would certainly return if travels again take us to Cagliari.

A great find in Cagliari...

This was a great find... a small, boutique style hotel on the outside edge of Cagliari, only 10 mins by car to the airport. Clearly recently renovated, tastefully finished... new everything. Exceptionally clean, well lit, terrific bed... I would highly recommend, especially for the price (and despite the 20 minute walk to the city center which we did undertake). Special thanks to the hotel manager that woke up at 4 am to drive us to the airport. Although he did not speak English, and we did not speak Italian, he was an absolute gentleman. Given the early hour, I could not be more impressed.

ottimo e gentilissimi

Per la seconda volta soggiorno al Villino. Tre notti per lavoro. La posizione è ottima sia per quel che riguarda la distanza dal centro (raggiungibile a piedi) sia per la distanza dall'aeroporto (massimo 15 minuti) I ristornati intorno sono diversi e molto validi. Si raggiunge il porto in 1.5 km sia con i mezzi pubblici che correndo. Il B&B è nuovo, pulitissimo e confortevole. Ho provato anche la camera a piano terra che pur essendo senza balcone è molto comoda. Consigliatissimo ed in più ho piacere di menzionare la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietà. Anche la soluzione che usano per la colazione è molto comoda e valida sia per gentilezza che per comodità. Ci ritornerò.

Great little place shame about the location

Great little hotel and so very clean . Comfy bed and a lovely roof terrace Breakfast is a coffee and a bun in the caf across the street so don’t expect a cooked breakfast or even a boiled egg. The only issues was the location about 20 - 30 min walk to town but once we had worked out the buses it was ok. But would not have booked it if I had known the location and there is nothing around the hotel at all. But only a 10 min drive to the airport so ideal for an early morning departure
