Delusione per la pulizia e manutenzione dell’appartamento Siamo rimasti delusi dalla nostra esperienza in questo appartamento. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato la casa poco pulita, con la presenza di formiche in cucina. Inoltre, il climatizzatore emetteva un odore sgradevole ed era visibilmente sporco, rendendo difficile il soggiorno. L'unico aspetto positivo è stata la posizione dell'appartamento, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Tuttavia, le condizioni dell'alloggio hanno compromesso notevolmente la nostra esperienza. Spero che in futuro vengano prestati maggiori attenzione e cura alla pulizia e alla manutenzione, poiché l'appartamento potrebbe essere molto più accogliente con questi miglioramenti.

Prima verblijf gehad! Perfect qua locatie… vlakbij het trein- en busstation en om de hoek is het centrum. Alleen als je slecht ter been bent kan het lastig zijn, omdat je best een hoge trap op moet en de lift op de 1ste verdieping is. Maar communicatie was prima! Raad deze accommodatie zeker aan!

Essenziale ma ottimo

Bell'appartamentino al secondo piano di uno stabile antico, completamente ristrutturato. Ottimo letto su soppalco. Condizionatore, TV, wifi. La zona giorno manca di una poltroncina e di un mobile di appoggio. C'è una sola finestra che da su un cavedio interno. Cucina estremamente fornita di elettrodomestici: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffe, bollitore, tostapane, ferro da stiro. Però solo due fornelli elettrici e il lavandino è piccolo. C'è un piccolo stendono ma manca un posto dove stendere: se i panni gocciolano l'unica possibilità è dentro la doccia. A parte queste piccoli inconvenienti il resto è ottimo. Simona gentilissima, ci ha messo a disposizione tutto quello che abbiamo chiesto. In dotazione anche ombrellone, teli mare, borsa termica. Inoltre molti prodotti di uso immediato in cucina, come sale, olio, zucchero, caffè, e altro. Tutti i prodotti per le pulizie disponibili. Acqua fresca in frigo. Carta igienica, sciampo e docciaschiuma a disposizione, in sostanza, ideale per chi viaggia in aereo, perche non deve acquistare se non ciò che consuma per mangiare. Contenitori per la raccolta differenziata, che vengono vuotati direttamente dai gestori. In definitiva ci siamo trovati molto bene. In solo suggerimento: dotare gli ospiti di un secondo mazzo di chiavi, necessario per potersi muovere indipendentemente in città.
