The staff are most pleasant and helpful, particularly Hugo at Reception who added to our enjoyment of Cahors. Our room was good though could have benefited from a small fridge.

It is within the city walls, but not in the oldest part of the town. It is close to the train station. The main avenue with most of the good restaurants is about 200 meters away. The location near the train station is quieter than that main avenue.

Hotel was very good. Breakfast great, staff great cleanliness great. Excellent location opposite station. Car hire 20metres from hotel. A great place to stay for onward travel and also site seeing. Reasonable rates.

A comfortable hotel that’s more attractive inside than outside. Clean, modern rooms with excellent aircon and shutters led to a good night’s sleep. The disappointment was having pre-booked breakfast, we were unable to take it. Every seat was taken but many of them just had bags and coats on them. Careful management could have made around ten seats available, rather than telling us to queue for 20 mins. One of the tables had a member of staff doing paperwork at a busy time…..

Having specifically sought a room suitable for a disabled client, specifying the need for a shower & with beds, we were assured of these but there was no shower; the bath was deep with insufficient support - dangerous for anyone who is disabled. The bath screen & all of the chrome was badly marked & detailed cleaning was lacking. The wc was low & unsuited to anyone disabled. There was a lack of general interest by staff. Generally a disappointing experience.

Een goed en net hotel voor op doorreis

Het is een goed doorgaans hotel maar Wat meer luxe zou wat beter uitkomen bv thee en koffie faciliteiten is huidig een minimum op de kamer. Lekker vlakbij het centrum en nette service.
