The owners of this property are amazing - very kind and helpful. The grounds are nice and well kept and breakfast was really good. The room itself is quite small but does have air conditioning and a small fridge. There is also a shared kitchen that is well stocked.

Great place, would come back again!

This place was really awesome. It’s one of the best prices in the area and perfectly located close to Cahuita with Punta Uva only a 30 minute drive. The people running the hotel are great and very helpful with information on where to go and what to do, they will also help you book activities if you want. You can purchase breakfast for only 5 or 10 dollars depending on what you chose and it’s made fresh and very delicious. Parking is on the property and there is a gate keeping the car safe from break ins which is especially important in Costa Rica. The sign for the hotel outside is “El Colibrí Rojo” so be aware of that when finding the place.

We enjoyed our time at Le Colibri in Cahuita. The owners were helpful and communicative. It was obvious they took pride in their business and worked hard to make it an excellent place for people to stay and enjoy. The grounds are exactly what I would wish for in a Costa Rican holiday near the rainforest national park. The pool was awesome, parking safe, room clean, and water hot for the shower. Excellent sejour

Voici un endroit où l'on se sent comme chez soi. L'accueil est super, de précieuses informations (aussi en français) sont fournies pour passer un excellent séjour relax dans et en dehors de l'hôtel. J'ai d'ailleurs prolongé mon séjour d'une nuitée, cela veut tout dire. 10/10 !!!
