Nice clean apartments, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the esplanade took about 10mins but if you want to be in the thick of things pick something else. The pool was cold and small. Mainly just a lap pool. Not great for teenage kids, although the bbq area beside the pool was great for cooking up dinners. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was actually interconnecting 1 bedroom apartment and a studio. Still suited out purposes fine.

I viewed an absolutely stunning apartment, identified the features I wanted with a stand alone bath and walk in shower as well as king single beds with a beach view from the balcony. The apartment I walked into was not of this standard, the cleanliness of the fans was terrible; the bathroom had a tiny child’s bath built into a corner, the hand basin was full of cracks, the toilet seat was not an accurate size for the pedestal, mould throughout the silicon around the bath. Overall a very disappointing experience and a full lack of value for money.

Staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, very accomodating including allowing a later check out due to a later flight. Easy 15 minute walk to the main esplanade of Cairns. Pool amenities were amazing and the 1 bed apartment had everything you needed for a week away! Would highly recommend!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with views of the sea. Our host were really lovely and were always on hand to help with. The apartment was large and had everything we needed. It is about a 10/15 minute walk into town which we found very manageable. The apartments are on a roundabout so a little noisy but it didn’t bother us too much. We would definitely stay here again.

It was alright!

We expected from the reviews and pictures that it would be a little nicer. They had kind of a budget reception but very nice and friendly staff. The rooms were good though but very hard beds and pillows. The pool was very dirty the first day but got cleaned to the second day. Nothing special about the pool area but it was calm. Overall an okay stay.

The apartment and pool were not clean. There was even wet towels left in the washing machine. We didn’t swim in the pool because it was so unappealing. For the price it was very disappointing. Location is great.

Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sind groß, alles vorhanden, sehr bequeme Betten. Könnte aber alles mal ein update gebrauchen. Die Lage ist gut, ca. 5 Minuten bis zur Promenade, ca. 15 Minuten bis zur lagune.
