"Very convenient location - right on the esplanade, opposite the "beach" swimming area with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Very easy to get to Marina for day trips and other attractions such as Night Markets and Rusty's Fruit Market.
Nice balcony and good kitchen if you want to be able to eat in.
Was a bit noisy some evenings with buskers of varying skills but generally quiet from 9.30/10pm."
