It was a very frustrating and disappointed experience, but at least not the worst thing I have encountered in Egypt. To be honest the place is well located, clean and comfortable with nice interiors but weak WiFi signal, no lift access so be ready to hand carry ur luggage, no windows in single rooms as well.
I spent there 60 nights, I had surgery and was very sick so couldn’t move somewhere else. Initially I felt home but after a while things started to change as my breakfast was never on time even though I told the housekeeping staff many times that I have to eat cuz I must take my medicine on time.
Another issue was in last 10 days of my stay, the manager “ Saied” has ruined everything by a weird decision which is “no more breakfast for me“ even though the breakfast was included in my reservation, when I inquired about the issue, the receptionist lady “ Haide” wasn’t truthful to me and played dumb as she knows nothing. For me,it’s not about breakfast which is less than 10 egp it’s more about how to be honest and respect guests. I was so mad and decided to leave the hotel even asked for refund cuz I felt like they were trying to rip me off.
However I would like to thank the staff Karim and Ahmad these guys were so kind with me.
