The staff at the Cosmopolitan work assiduously to provide the best service for their guests. The rooms are clean The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is strategically located near the Egyptian Museum, the Nile River and the railway/subway metro. This hotel is a great value for the money and has an "old" school charm.

The location of hotel is excellent and room is very clean and quiet. The furniture in the room is bit old fashion, but compare the room rate no complain. Only negative feedback is shower room floor is very slippy, I would like to suggest the hotel to arrange a rubber mat to avoid any accident to happen.

This historic hotel is a beautiful structure with an elegant art deco elevator. Marble floors beautiful details.good location. My bathroom was a bit outdated but very clean..staff is fantastic and very polite and helpful..my house keeper Said was fantastic and would create animal sculptures daily. Each one better than the next..a good choice at an excellent price..

The only neverive is that the hotel forgot to have us picked up at the airport. 5 hours later and $500 poorer and we arrived at the hotel. From that time on, the hotel was very nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the location right in the downtown area. Very opulent looking lobby.

Overall it a nice hotel. Looks like a palace inside. Service was friendly and excellent. Two issues were the breakfast could definitely be better and the shower was constantly changing from scorching hot to super cold all within 30 seconds. However, all things considered, for the price and the location, I would recommend a stay here.
