Hard to get in touch w owner

I almost cancelled the reservation because the landlord was not answering. The owner finally messaged a day before our reservation. The place was nice but the door is hard to open and close I hope they fix that. The location is nice and the apartment is nice. The picture is what u get. A washer is also included.
