In general I'm happy with our experience at this hotel. Property is in good condition, well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious good amenities good wifi and so so cable tv. Restaurants are located in an upper floor with good views. We only went for the breakfast buffet which was good but not great due to limited selection. Customer service was good. Main issue was the parking situation which is almost a deal breaker I would consider staying in another place next time but there's limited availability of hotels in the area. The parking situation is annoying, inconvenient, not well thought or planned, antiquated and really maddening, borderline infuriating. First the building has parking around it but there's no signs about it; when you drive in, you note that there's a guy in a kiosk nearby the entrance/road but not on the road or facing it so you don't know if you have to stop or ask the guy or just keep driving; in my case I kept driving around the building and parked near the main entrance of the hotel and checked in. When I wanted to leave and get some dinner I discovered the steps. A guy in the kiosk writes down the plate in a notebook! and then when you want to leave you ask for a seal/coupon in the front desk then you walk to the kiosk and pay (only cash!) but he/she has to find your plate first in the notebook with hundreds of handwritten notes. Then you will get a receipt with a code which you scan at the exit. Repeat every time you want to leave!

This property is very nice!,..The pictures online don’t serve this property not justice. They should hire a professional to take better pictures, I’m sure they would stay booked. Best kept secret hotel is new, and very clean. Had an amazing time!

The hotel itself was nice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was great. The two negative things I can think of (and they are both minor) was the parking payment location and the ease of exiting the facility. The parking payment booth is located near the entrance to the facility, which means that when we needed to leave we had to walk clear across the facility to go pay for parking. They need to move the payment booth closer to the exit. Secondly, the only way to exit the facility is to take the road going north into Cajica. Most of the time we need to take the road going south towards Bogota. Which meant we had to go north a little ways then try to make a uturn to get on the road we needed to go south. That was not an easy task. It was a major hassle.

The area and hotel are excellent. BUT THEY HAVE PARKING YOU HAVE TO PAYING PARKING WHEN EVER YOU GO OUT BESIDES WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT IF YOU DONT OWN A CAR to stay here

I truly thought whether to leave a review for this hotel or not. It is such a big disappointment that I will do my best to spare the people that truly try. There is construction on one side of the hotel, all the lines called superior rooms will probably have this issue and here is the funny part: constructions starts around 7:00 PM and last well past midnight. We stayed 8 nights at the hotel with a nine month old baby, and the construction, hammering and noise happed every single night. We complained every night 3 or 4 times, not only the noise did not stop, worse yet, it happened the next night again and again. This tells me that the hotel manager / administrator knows about this and does nothing, meaning they take no legal action against the construction company working during these late hours or that the manager is being paid to remain quite in spite of hotel guests disappointment and frustration. It is completely unacceptable that they did nothing for the 8 nights we stayed there to stop the constructions during this late hours, they didn’t even want to call the police. They wanted to take care of the issue with the guard of the building complex which obviously did nothing. The heat in our room did not work. Room service took forever. The only good thing was breakfast, which is pretty good.

I rented 2 rooms and both were having extensive water filtration due to heavy rain. We were provided with another room on a different floor even thought water issues were reported in both rooms. They advertised a full breakfast but upon check in we were told there was an additional fee for breakfast. Check is was not as steady. We were not provided with working keys upon check in and needed to go back to the front desk for new keys. Definitely a more attentive and caring staff will make the stay more pleasant

The Hotel is excellent, but have serous problem for handicap persons, no haven't available access and not have ATM banks in the areas or closed for the Hotel area...no have change money store's close. So, you needed change money or ATM..is serious problems. Also, the restaurants inside or outside the hotel so wonderfully, food absolute delicious.

The Hotel have a electric back up system and everything time the electrity fail, that is very often in that place, the back up system turn on the room lights for 5 minutes. This situation wake me up 6 times in the same night I mean I spend a terrible terrrible night, i will never came back to this Hotel
