Every single member of staff was polite, cheerful, and went over and above to ensure their guests were happy. I’d read some reviews that said otherwise or that the hotel still had teething problems as they’re so new, but I couldn’t disagree more. Congrats on a successful opening first few months! "

"My stay here was very nice. Pros: - 95% of the staff was amazing. Attentive, service oriented, and clearly dedicated to my experience. - the pool is clean and a great feature - great breakfast that was included with the stay - location is amazing. Would highly recommend staying in this location Cons: - there was 1 staff member who was completely unhelpful when we needed somethings at night - although there is AC… it does not work very well. Leaving us warm during the night - they require you to use the same pool towel every day which made the room smelly and it wouldn’t dry by the next day. I found this odd because they gave new bath towels daily. "
