"Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. However, the only thing is that like most European hotels, the door to the bathroom may as well not be there because it's completely not sound proof. "The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive and the whole site very well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh produce. "

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
"The property is absolutely beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. We loved the pool area and that it was so quiet!
The breakfast had lots to offer however, the Expedia advert needs updating as it says there is a cafe / deli on site. This may have been available a while ago but isn’t now and instead they have an honesty bar and you need to order a picnic lunch a day in advance. I think the property would benefit from having a cafe or more options for lunch as there is nowhere to go in walking distance.
