"While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. "They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

"The first night we were there, our air conditioning didn’t work. They let us use a different room and had the air conditioner replaced in our room the next day. They were very accommodating! The staff were amazingly helpful!"

"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! The outside looks terrible, so old, paint is peeling off, looks unattractive and unattended. The hotel is called Cormoran or something like that, it was hard to locate, we had to go in and ask at the front desk. The room is so small, fits a queen bed and a twin with a nightstand room in between in each direction, does not have a mini fridge, the A/C wasn’t working, we had to sleep with our windows open, which faced the street and it was very loud from...

"Nice hotel in Porto Cervo. 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. Professional and attentive staff. Older property but well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. There are no elevators so lots of stairs, but manageable."
