"Our second visit here (Oct 2022 and Oct 2024] and whilst the service and food are still excellent, the property is starting to look tired. We often had stained or torn bed sheets. The shower heavily leaked and we could hear the water/drainage system loudly from showers and toilets in other rooms. The pool areas were quite dirty with quite a few damaged or stained sunbeds. was an amazing touch. The decor in the rooms and around the hotel were very fitting and overall appealing. Some designs were a little questionable mainly the shower in my room as water would often leak outside the door of the shower as well as in the toilet in the room beside it. Other than that the rooms were very well made."
