"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "

All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed.
