"Katy welcomed us with great hospitalit. Although we were there before check in, Katy allowed us to eat

and come back and rest until our room was available. The food was delicious! Every day for lunch and dinner were several options and with great flavor and taste. Coke fountains and cappuccino’s were a must everyday even down to the fruit bar and dessert. The most beautiful beach at the resort! It was a perfect stay for my family and I. "

"This property is family friendly. Unfortunately, it was the least inclusive all-inclusive I have ever been to. There was no one to help with your bags. They did not provide washcloths, robes or slippers. Even though it was “all-inclusive” there is an up charge for premium alcohol. The adults only areas are not quite separate from the family areas. It left a lot to be desired. They also couldn’t find my reservation and offered no compensation for their error. I wanted to leave early, but I...
