"I booked a room with a side view. When we got there and seen the room it was disappointing. The room was off of the pool and the side view of the ocean was blocked by a tree. The telephone didn't work either. So I went down to the front desk and complained. The woman at the desk was very nice and said she could get us into a ocean front room for only 20 dollars more a night. I took the deal and I was happy with the upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. The view was wonderful. It was a good...

"This might be one of the best hotels I've stayed at in myrtle beach...its have its own restaurants and bars...not to mention like 15 pools combined...it was plenty of room and space for my family of 5..Definitely 10 out of 10..will definitely be back....the Only Downside is that we had to enter a 10 digit code every time we entered our room...but other than that..everthing was good."
