"Not at all what we were expecting. A beautiful park and location let down by the standard of accommodation and the attitude of members of staff. We thought we were booking a standard UK style static mobile home only to end up with "half a caravan." Upon complaining to members of staff we were told that it was what they call a "hotel room." It probably was but in a 1 or 2* hotel. To say it was a tight squeeze is an understatement, there was only the 2 of us but we struggled to squeeze between...

"Loads of (old) caravans for hire. Our bungalow was probably still occupied by people that where cleaning up the site to seasons start. Upgraded to (nice modern) mobile home, but charged 10 Euro for bedlinnen and they wanted 10 euro per towel also. We refused that. Wifi looked OK at the site but only worked at the reception for 5 euro a day.."

"The location is wonderful and unique. The sea seems the caribbean. Unluckily the management of the place is anachronistic. You pay a hotel price for a super basic service. Services are very poor and you pay everything extra. Wifi is extra, Air conditioning is extra and also didn't work properly. TV wasn't working and we asked four times to fix it but nobody came. "Come posto è meraviglioso perché c'è il lago, si può andare in kayak, con il pedalò, con il traghetto fino alla spiaggia ecc. Io avevo il bungalow molto carino con il giardino, riservato e accogliente ma poca pulizia, struttura danneggiata e tantissimi insetti. Personale gentile tranne le ragazze della reception che sono poco sveglie. "

"The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "
