The Room was so dark and you were not allowed to leave the light on when there was a power cut all you were left with was the one lamp no tv no shower room light. The electric light switches for the shower room were faulty & in need of replacing for safety standards as you had to keep switching and pressing in to get the light on in shower room. There was a rules list on the wall of Do's & Dont's this stated you were not allowed to wash any clothes except underwear you could have your clothes washed at a certain amount of rupees per hour.This also stated you got clean filtered water put in your room daily this was not done every day

Joe and Marietta are wonderful people. This guest house is a real gem..If i had a heavy night,I knew i would not be disturbed in the morning..Joe and Mariettas two lads are always cleaning and sprucing up the place..If i go back to Calangute this is the place i want to be..Joe even took me on his scooter to get some Rupees..Thats some service..Thank you both for a most enjoyable stay..Take care and God bless you all.
